Ⅰ. Conditions:

一、办事的条件：

Foreigners who meet one of the following conditions and stay for more than 30 days and less than 90 days may apply for a short-term work residence certificate:

符合下列条件之一且停留期限在30日以上，90日以下的外国人，可申请办理短期工作类居留证件：

1. To complete a certain technology, scientific research, management, guidance and other work in domestic partners;

1、到境内合作方完成某项技术、科研、管理、指导等工作；

2. Conduct trial training in domestic sports institutions (including coaches and athletes);

2、到境内体育机构进行试训（包括教练员、运动员）；

3. Shooting films (including advertising films and documentary films);

3、拍摄影片（包括广告片、记录片）；

4. Fashion shows (including car models, print ads, etc.);

4、时装表演（包括车模、拍摄平面广告等）；

5. Engaged in foreign business performance;

5、从事涉外营业性演出；

6. Other situations recognized by human resources and social security department.

6、人力资源社会保障部门认定的其他情形。

Ⅱ. Procedures:

二、办事的手续：

1. Submit the original of my valid passport and visa;

1、交验本人有效护照及签证原件；

2. Submit the original and copy of the temporary accommodation registration form for overseas personnel issued by the local police station of the citys accommodation (if the hotel of the city issues the accommodation registration form, it is required to prove the accommodation for more than one month, or provide the accommodation agreement of the hotel director) (it is required to register with the latest passport);

2、提交本市住宿地派出所出具的境外人员临时住宿登记单原件及复印件（如本市宾旅馆出具住宿登记单，需证明住宿一个月以上，或另提供宾旅馆长包房协议）（需用目前最新持用护照登记)；

3. Submit the completed application form for foreigner visa certificate. The applicant shall go to the entry and exit administration department of this city for free photo taking. The applicant who meets the conditions of agency shall submit a color certificate photo (recent photo, white background, two inch, no crown, no modification, photo paper printing, no stain within six months);

3、提交填写完整的《外国人签证证件申请表》，申请人需本人至本市出入境管理部门进行免费拍照，符合代办条件的申请人需提交一张彩色证件照片（六个月内近照、白底、二寸、免冠、无修改、相纸冲印、无污痕）；

4. Submit the original and photocopy of the notice of work permit for foreigners of the peoples Republic of China issued by the Municipal Bureau of Foreign Affairs (working in China for less than 90 days, including 90 days) or the certificate of short term work for foreigners in China issued by the Municipal Bureau of culture and radio;

4、提交市外专局出具的《中华人民共和国外国人工作许可通知》（来华工作90日以下，含90日）或市文广局出具的《外国人在中国短期工作证明》原件及复印件；

5. Submit the application letter of the unit;

5、提交单位申请公函；

6. Submit the original of the business license or relevant registration certificate and submit a copy. If the unified social credit code is not included, the organization code certificate shall also be submitted.

6、交验企业营业执照或有关登记证明的原件并提交复印件，不含统一社会信用代码的还需提交组织机构代码证。

Note: 1. Foreign performing arts groups or individuals shall go to the exit and Entry Administration Department of the public security organ where the performance organizer is registered or where the premiere is located;

注：1、外国文艺表演团体或个人应当到演出举办单位注册地或首演地所在公安机关出入境管理部门办理；

2. To be handled in person;

2、须本人亲自办理；

3. If the exit Entry Administration of the public security organ considers it necessary to interview the applicant, or request to submit other supplementary materials (proof of economic source, proof of change of name and other information, proof of business operation, etc.), except for the reasons of force majeure, if the applicant fails to accept the interview or submit materials within the agreed time, the acceptance shall be cancelled;

3、公安机关出入境管理机构认为必要时需要面谈申请人，或要求提交其它补充材料（经济来源证明、姓名等信息变更证明、企业经营情况证明等），除不可抗力的原因外，未在约定时间内接受面谈或提交材料的，予以撤销受理；
